Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with a replacement or a refund on the condition the product is returned unopened. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot refund or replace opened items unless it is due to a manufacturers defect. Cancellation Policy:

You can add or remove items from your shopping cart, or cancel your order at any stage during the checkout process. Until your order is confirmed, you are not obliged to purchase products whilst browsing condomsonline.com.au. If you wish to cancel after your order is confirmed, you must contact us immediately by email at sales@condomsdirect.com.au and quote the order number that you received with your order confirmation by 4pm the day the order is processed. We are unable to make any changes to your order after 4pm. We will confirm your cancellation request by email from sales@condomsdirect.com.au .
