If you are paying by credit card, this charge will appear on your statement under the name of Paymate. Your credit card details are deleted from our records once your transaction has been completed. Service: Whilst Condoms Direct aims to provide the ultimate in customer service, sometimes we may be affected by factors outside of our control. Condoms Direct and associated companies can not be held responsible for these factors (for example, courier delays). We will not consider claims for loss of profit or for personal injury. Australian law applies for consumers rights disputes.
