How discreet is my purchase?
All orders are sent in plain packaging to ensure total privacy. Your receipt is enclosed in the package so there is no reference to the contents on the exterior of the package.

Will I be contacted by email?
We do not require your email and phone information to purchase from us. Once you have made your purchases, you have the option to receive an email and/or text messaging but this isn't compulsory. All correspondence we send to you is from Dotcom Netware Limited to ensure your privacy.

What are my payment options?
Currently they are credit card, internet banking, phone banking and manual deposit at any Westpac branch. The payment options page is here.

How do I order?
Currently you can order through our online store or by phone to 0420 59 79 59.

How soon can I expect delivery?
Your products will be dispatched the same day payment is confirmed. If you pay for your products by cheque then they will be dispatched as soon as the cheque clears in our account, this is usually 5 business days.

What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your products do not arrive, send an email to us at sales@condomsdirect.com.au. Please include your name, address and your order reference number. We will then liase with the delivery company to locate your item. If you chose to have a confirmation email or text message sent to you, it will be sent at time of dispatch.

How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel after your order is confirmed, you must contact us immediately by email at sales@condomsdirect.com.au. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

What if I’m not satisfied with the products I have purchased?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of the products you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with a replacement or a refund on the condition the product is returned unopened. Please read our return policy carefully.

How do I use a condom?

Can I use a lubricant with condoms?
Yes, only if it is a water-based lubricant. Do not use oil-based lubricants, such as petroleum jelly. We have a selection of water-based lubricants in our store.

Will using condoms stop me from getting Aids?
If used properly, latex condoms will help reduce the risk of transmission of HIV (AIDS) and many other sexually transmitted diseases, including chlamydia, genital herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea, hepatitis B and syphilis. However, no method of contraception can offer 100% protection against pregnancy or the transmission of HIV and sexually transmitted infections.

If I use condoms will it stop me getting pregnant?
Condoms are proven to be one of the most effective forms of contraception. However, no method of contraception can offer 100% protection against pregnancy or the transmission of HIV and sexually transmitted infections.
